With a degree in Economics and a specialisation in Fashion & Luxury, Lucia began her career in Human Resources within her family business, gaining a complete understanding of talent acquisition and management processes.
Her passion for recruitment led her to found Allure Domestic Staff, a firm supporting Italian and international families in the search for highly qualified personnel for their private residences in Italy and abroad.
From this experience, Allure Professionals was born, with the aim of bringing the same bespoke approach into the corporate world, particularly across the fashion and luxury industries, high-end hospitality, and family offices.
Leading a lean, international and specialised structure, Lucia guides companies in identifying top talents through discreet processes and effective retention strategies.

Camilla has built an international career in recruitment, initially focusing on Sales, Finance and Oil & Gas sectors, and progressively expanding her expertise into the luxury and hospitality industries.
