Maintenance Technician

We are recruiting a Maintenance Technician for a prestigious luxury real estate company based in central Milan, reporting directly to the Facility Manager.

Required Skills
  • Technical diploma (or equivalent)

  • Knowledge of large-scale facility management (electrical systems, HVAC, hydraulics, telecommunications, IT networks, building automation)

  • Basic mechanical, electrical, and electrotechnical knowledge

  • Basic IT skills

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in similar roles

  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Availability for travel and on-call duties

  • Problem-solving abilities

Main Responsibilities
  • Rapid response to emergencies and reported issues

  • Supervision of ordinary and extraordinary maintenance activities, ensuring high-quality standards

  • Execution of diverse maintenance tasks (small construction works, plumbing, electrical repairs, etc.)

  • Coordination and oversight of external service providers

  • Regular inspections of company areas and facilities to ensure compliance with safety standards

  • Documentation of all maintenance activities performed

  • Daily reporting to the Technical Office, contributing to preventive maintenance planning

  • Support in managing tenders and drafting contracts

  • Planning and verification of scheduled maintenance activities

  • Management of global service suppliers (activation, supervision, reporting, and safety compliance)

Junior Executive Assistant

We are looking for a dynamic and well-organized Personal Assistant for a company operating in the Real Estate sector. The role will support the Senior Executive Assistant in managing both professional and private matters, within an international and confidential environment.

Required Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Languages, Communication, or Humanities.

  • 2–3 years of experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant for top managers, CEOs, or HNW families.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in native language and at least a B2/C1 level in English; additional languages are a plus.

  • Strong interpersonal skills, professional demeanor, and a proactive mindset.

  • Proven problem-solving skills, ability to work quickly and independently.

  • Proficiency with email platforms, internet browsing, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Team-oriented, able to coordinate with both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Willingness to travel and be available to work remotely on weekends or holidays when needed.

Main Responsibilities
  • Manage schedules, appointments, calls, meetings, and video conferences for colleagues.

  • Prepare meeting rooms and materials (presentations, supplies, devices).

  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.

  • Organize business trips and ensure all required documentation is in order to avoid delays during international travel.

  • Provide administrative support on basic tasks and processes.

  • Coordinate office shipments, package pickups, and supply orders.

  • Support the Senior EA in planning private travel (hotel and restaurant bookings, tickets for events and attractions).

  • Manage personal errands, including booking medical appointments and renewing personal documents (passports, ID cards).
