Lucia Perazzi
After earning a degree in Economics, I began my career in Human Resources, working in my family’s business. This experience gave me a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment and talent management process, allowing me to oversee the onboarding and development of professionals within the organization.
Driven by my passion for recruitment, I founded Allure Domestic Staff, a company that has been supporting Italian and international clients for years in finding highly qualified personnel for their residences in Italy and abroad.
From this experience, Allure Professionals was born, with the mission to provide companies with a tailor-made, niche recruitment service. With a streamlined, international, and specialized structure, we guide businesses through the process of identifying top talent, ensuring a personalized approach and effective retention strategies.

Camilla Porro
I am a recruiter and headhunter with experience in corporate environments across the Sales, Oil & Gas, and Finance sectors.
I am committed to deeply understanding the companies I work with and their unique contexts, dedicating time to building a real understanding of their needs. This allows me to create effective connections between businesses and candidates, delivering tailor-made solutions for each project.
I thrive on engaging with professionals from diverse backgrounds and have developed the ability to communicate with candidates across various roles and industries, fostering relationships built on trust and transparency.

With over 7 years of international experience in recruitment, I’ve developed a strong cross-functional expertise in talent acquisition, onboarding, and talent management.
I worked with multinational companies and high-profile clients across IT, BPO, marketing, and hospitality, managing complex headhunting projects throughout Europe.
Fluent in French, English, and Italian, I bring a human-centered and strategic approach to recruitment, focusing on high-quality candidate relationships and strong alignment between the individual profile and the company culture.

Elena Bonfiglio
I have been working in communication and digital marketing for over five years. After earning a degree in Marketing and completing a Master’s in Social Media and Influencer Marketing, I worked as a consultant for agencies and companies, focusing on branding, digital strategy, and positioning.
At Allure Professionals, I oversee the brand’s communication and online presence, with particular attention to tone of voice, visual consistency, and content quality. I believe in authentic communication, built with intention and designed to enhance the identity of each project.
