We will issue an exchange or refund via store credits only. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase or received a defective or damaged item, we accept returns for items within 7 days of delivery date. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and a return label will be provided. After 7 days, we no longer accept returns or exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. All returned packages received without prior authorization will be refused and shipped back to the sender. sale items (if applicable) are non-exchange.

Training courses are non-refundable but can be transferred once to another course on a later date.
We are not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our facility. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. If you are unfamiliar with customs fees and charges, please speak to your local postal or customs office for more information. If custom fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be returned and you will not receive a refund.
